KRE prides itself in professional,
accurate appraisal services. James S. Keffalas, the broker
of KRE, is a Pennsylvania Certified General Real Estate
Appraiser. A General Certification is required to appraise
commercial properties in Pennsylvania and also permits
residential appraisal. Jim Keffalas is an approved
appraiser with most area banks and is approved with HUD/FHA
(Federal Housing Administration). Jim Keffalas has over 28 years
of appraisal experience and over 30 years of real estate sales experience. (See our Appraisal Fees
link). KRE specializes in appraisals for bank financing,
estates, taxation, property tax appeals, divorce settlement,
litigation, tax assessment appeals, business valuation, and
specialized commercial property valuation.

capable.
EDI capabilities include emailing complete appraisal in .pdf file format (Adobe Acrobat).
We use digital cameras (Sony) with color laser photo prints.
Reports are printed on Lexmark Color Laser Printers.
Our software of choice is WinTotal 2000.
Mapping is created with DeLorme Street Atlas 8.
Email is check several times a day for appraisal requests and
communications.

Appointments are scheduled at property owners convenience with
Saturday and
Sunday appointments at no extra cost.
BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) are available with added services
for
foreclosures (secure property, lock changing, posting notices,
filing legal documents,
market property and auctions) as requested by client.
