OVERVIEW
OF
KEFFALAS REAL ESTATE, INC.
![]()
Keffalas Real Estate, Inc. (KRE) was
incorporated under the laws of Pennsylvania on January 1, 1995.
James (Jim) S. Keffalas is the President of KRE and holds a
Pennsylvania real estate brokers license and a Pennsylvania
certification as a general real estate appraiser. Jim is a 1976
graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Finance.
Jim Keffalas began KRE after twenty years of real estate practice with other brokers in the Butler County market. Jims idea was, and remains today, to create a highly professional, full service real estate office with experienced, professional staff utilizing state of the art technologies in performing appraisals and in the brokerage of real estate.
Our office is fully computerized with a staff to computer ratio of 1 to 1. All licensed salespeople are personally trained by Jim Keffalas to maintain consistent, top quality service to our clients. All appraisals are performed by Jim Keffalas with redundancy checking of data by our in-house computer data base. All appraisals receive a final review by a staff member before mailing to insure accuracy. KRE utilizes the lastest computer technology including digital photography, EDI appraisal transmission (both Lighthouse and Adobe Acrobat capable), email communications, and a comprehensive web site maintained inhouse.
Our brokerage service fees are highly competitive - we have become known for our low 6 % residential sales fee and low $3,000 minimum fee. KRE is highly respected for the many completed commercial real estate transactions with national companies.
Our appraisal fees start as
low as $ 150 for a residential letter of value. KRE has
been able to keep fees low by avoiding high cost franchise fees,
expensive television advertising, and costly self-promotion
advertising. KRE efficiently and effectively gets the job
done and passes the savings on to our clients.
