Keffalas Real Estate, Inc. provides limited services to owners of real estate who prefer to sell without listing with a brokerage company. KRE is ready, willing and able to provide sellers professional real estate services on an "as needed" basis. Part of our limited service includes:
Transaction
Processing
Once you find a buyer, we prepare a contract of
sale, procure financing, assist in completion of any
contingencies and assist to final closing. Fee is 3% with a
minimum of $ 1,000, to be paid at final closing by seller. If
buyer fails to close sale - no fee is paid to KRE.
Consultation
If you need expert answers and
advice on real estate matters or assistance to buying or selling,
we are available to help at $100.00 per hour billed in 1/4 hour
increments. Retainer required of $300 for first three hours.
(3 hour minimum per client).

Listing
your FSBO on the Internet
Keffalas Real Estate, Inc. (KRE) has a web page available to
advertise and promote your property for sale. KRE
will post one color photo of your property along with summary
property information and contact data for 90 days for
$50.00. To submit your FSBO listing, print out the FSBO Form and mail to our office with a color
photo. It typically takes three business days to post
to our web site. Payment required in advance.
KRE reserves the right to refuse any and all listings.
